Cancellation and Refund
We strive to provide a smooth shopping experience. If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, cancellations may not be possible, but we accept returns for unused, unopened products within 7 days of delivery. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed once the returned product is received and inspected. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be issued. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used. If the product is defective, we will also cover the return shipping cost.
Non-Refundable Items
Custom products, opened items, or those showing signs of use are not eligible for a refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is defective or an error was made on our part.
